		<description>Here here, Isabelle. These days, far as I know, you can not, in polite society, advocate for taking a stick to a child. Yet for much of this post, or proto-essay, you do exactly that -- and you do so in a voice thet recalls that famous essay by Swift (I know you know the one). I only wish you hadn&#039;t softened or walked back your hard line. I mean, if you&#039;re gonna be an outlier, why not push it all the way? Why not commit? I wondered if this meditative post could benefit, in the future, from more tangible stuff, some personal history, a la &quot;My parents used the stick on me, and look how good *I* turned out...&quot; I mean, if you&#039;re staking out a position, you need to build it around a case study or two, right?</description>
